Toorbul Caravan Park

Not maintained very well. Toilets get a wipe down ONLY, the bowl doesn't get cleaned nor under the seat. Residents feed birds daily over the clothes lines, whether there are clothes hung out or not. You never see the manager or staff. Beachmere is 100 times better.

Perfect spot to glamp. Nice clean amenities and quiet nights.

I found the Toorbul Caravan Park to be absolutely fantastic. The management & caretakers Kia & Ian are very friendly, helpful & nice people. Were always good to chat with. I really enjoyed my stay there. The park is absolutely beautiful. Spacious, quiet, clean, beautifully landscaped, centrally located in Toorbul. The facilities are very convenient. It's a short walk to the shops & the Toorbul Taven, I very much enjoyed the Truckie's meal we had there. The wildlife in & around Toorbul. You'll see the Gray Kangeroo's grazing on the vacant parkland next to the Toorbul Caravan park. The local bird life. The Rainbow Lorikeets, Rosellas, Galahs, Honey Eaters, Wood Ducks & Pigeons make a daily appearance in the central grassy area in the middle of the Toorbul Caravan park. The residents feed them. It's very nice to watch & feed the birds. The central hut is very popular. The fellow guests were all friendly & helpful. The Pumicestone Passage is just out the front. The Toorbul Caravan Park is tucked in behind the first row of houses from the Esplanade. So it's like a little quiet hidden escape. Toorbul is a quiet fishing village. There's good fishing spots near by too. I'll most definitely be returning soon.

Absolutely disgusted, drove 3 hrs had site booked when I got there they had changed my site without notification. New site to small no more sites available,when you book a site number that'sthe one you expect ruined a whole weekend ,had to drive all the way home. Not worth 1 star never go back again.
