Good school with great teachers where you can improve your level of English or study some VET courses.

Horrible school. The marketing present on the site is wonderful but the experience you have is the opposite of what is sold there. Today they moved my class to an improvised room that didn't even have a structure. It was a small meeting room for teachers, without windows, a projector of the worst quality and the excuse is that my room has few students. They have nowhere else to place students and continue to accept new students every week. Where are the rooms with a view and good quality that are present on the website?

Really bad organizationI was told that the courses start every Monday, but instead I found myself in the middle of a course that had already started weeks ago. And the first day I was almost completely ignored.All week of Christmas we talked in class only about Christmas themes with final party, I did not go because I worked.I did not reach 80% minimum attendance, I arrived at 73%, the days I did not go I was at work.This is why at the end of the course I did not receive a diploma despite having passed the final test.I almost feel like I lost my tuition money.I will continue my studies by choosing another school.Many thanks for all the kindness in the school and I am grateful for everything.

The receptionist was terrible , so I decided not to enroll this school.They should learn their native language properly first to deal with the customer.

This school is a mess. Totally disorganized and with professors totally unprepared to teach. I've been at the school for almost 3 months now and the experience I was expecting was totally different from what's going on. I don't recommend this school to anyone. I feel like I'm throwing money in the trash.

I am trying to contact your office in regard to my circumstances but your phone always goes to answering service and I have tried emailing whit takes 3 days for reply ..... this is urgent ... please send a private message to me of a person or phone number to call

Poor customer service. Effective when they want get payments sending you friendly reminder about payment with time before but they don’t have the same efficiency with the service. They don’t answer the phone and you have to request many times your certificate because nobody contact you to notify that you have finished your program.

Covid is good excuse to give courses only online since March. 1 teacher for 65 student on zoom. We pay the price for the courses in classroom no online … The school give any updates about when we come back in classroom. I completely lose my motivation for this diploma.
