Great service. Deen was so helpful. He was very patient and went out of his way to help. Could very easily have just sold me things but instead advised me on how to fix the problem. Can not recommend highly enough. Give this store ago and i am sure you will not be disapointed.

Dean and the team truly go above and beyond in their service. Dean has helped my family on more than one occasion - nothing is too much trouble. He has gone away and researched to find the product we needed, sourced and sent it with a lightning fast turn around. Great team at the Underwood branch. A couple of untechnical people (my wife and me) were treated with respect and all was explained. Nevertheless I was able to get myself in trouble. Fay and Deen went the extra mile to sought out the problem. I would give them 6 star out of 5 if I could. Thanks guys.

Dean was very professional and courteous when he installed my Sat King Pro satellite today.He explained the operational configurations in a very clear and concise manner where even a not so tech savvy person like myself understood.I will be back to get an internet device fitted for sure.Thanks Dean and Fay and team from Merv and Lynne Ngatai
