I bought a couple of Kong toys and some treats for my 2 dogs. The price on the Kong toys was the best I could find and the treats were a little on the pricey side but they are very good quality. The kangaroo tails are not very suitable for our small dogs but the chicken rawhide twists are a big hit. The range of products offers great choices for pet owners of a variety of pets, not only cats and dogs.

Purchased a tough toy for my puppy. It did not last more than 4 days. Contacted Zach's pet shop and they told me to email them. I did so, and never heard from them. Contacted them on their website again and haven't heard from since. Finally got onto the phone and the man helped me, even giving me recommendations. Losing a star for the stuff around, otherwise a great store.

I ordered 2 Ziwi treats from this store and they shipped straight away.However only 1 was shipped and another status was awaiting, then cancelled by themselves a week later, and refunded without any notice or describing.I am happy for the one product we got as it was quick and I haven't lost any money as they refunded right after they cancelled my order, however I wish I could get any notice why they cancelled one order.

Zachs have some great specials but you have to be quick to grab the best deals. Our dog loves playing with his new toys. Delivery is fast. Some items don't provide enough description or none at all. I've purchased items a couple of times. Overall it's a good site.

In the end dispatch was slow, Zach's Pet Shop contacted me to apologise for dropping the ball and dealt with the whole situation very professionally and quickly. Probably one of the best ways to reply to a negative review, well done.Take note

Please don't advertise two day handling before shipping and then take three days to complete this. It should not take three days to place an item in a satchel, address it and send it off.

I've ordered a snuggle kitty and few other things for our new kitten that was coming home. I panicked because it was less than 5 days before we were to pick him up. I made the order late monday night around 10pm and it turned up tuesday just after lunch with couriers please. It has been a few weeks now, the toys ordered are still in one piece even though he tries to shred them everyday. So as far as shipping goes, insanely fast, yes its the same city but australia post took 2 weeks, the toys were of really good quality, good stitching, strings etc...we will be buying from here again :) Thank you
