When I visited to get my vacuum fixed, hanz was super helpful. He has THE BEST customer service even at 8:30 pm when I visited. He deserves a raise 110% for being the most easiest and best customer service agent I have ever come across

This Godfrey's is inside the Highpoint West shopping centre. Helpful staff who demonstrated a good knowledge of the equipment we were interested in. Range was quite limited though with only one or 2 examples of each brand we were looking at.

I called the Godfrey’s Highpoint store ahead about my motorised power brush issue. Bailey answered my call and we chatted about what he thought the issue was (turns out it was a snapped belt). I arrived to the store and I noticed that Bailey already had the part out and waiting on the desk. He fixed it for me in a matter of minutes. Impeccable customer service, extremely helpful and friendly can-do attitude. Thanks Bailey!

The store manager Maria doesn’t have knowledge and don’t have skill of presenting the product on Sunday morning she is arguing with family alreadyHow come she become store managerAnd her attitude is very badGive a job to someone elseAnd if someone pay cash they have rights in australia to get cash refundShe said we can’t give you cashCheck the rules and regulations in australia before you work in retailsShe shouldn’t be in this industry

Amazing customers service! We were assisted by Anki who was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give us a breakdown on how they work and things to look out for. Would highly recommend for those who would like to know a little more about vacuums!

Great Service from Sahil & Hanz. Purchased the Tinco Mop/Vaccum today which was great. Would recommend also showed us the demo of how to use it to my self and my friends even after i had purchased it to make sure we knew how to use it.

Nikhil was fantastic! He had a lot of knowledge about products, was professional, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Godfrey's. I've bought a couple of items over the years and they are great! My Hoover vacuum has been working perfectly for years.
