Got the delivery card - missed the delivery that was fine - called up they wouldn't tell me the address of the depot to pickup the package. The bloke just wouldn't tell me. Logistics company? How can you not know where a package you are in charge of is going? He said they have no idea of knowing which of their depot's the package would end up at.

Only getting one star as zero is not an option.It is hard to understand how a company, who's very job is to deliver freight can be so poor at it, I think if they tried to be any worse they may not be able to.Poor service, as in they don't deliver parcels, ZERO communications, none, several calls, not a returned call, not an email, I understand I am asking them to do something outside of their normal scope of work, as in deliver the parcel I paid them to deliver, but this is a joke.2 weeks its been in the depot, not sure when they will get around to putting it on a truck.Use any other company, use a florist or a dentist, as I am sure they will do a better job than this bunch of clowns.

DO NOT RECOMEND! Ordered a desk 5 weeks ago. Received the top and am still waiting on the legs of the desk. It's stilling in the Newcastle depo. I've rang up twice as I was not contacted back the first time. kind of thinking of hiring a Ute and going to the depo to pick it up myself and get my money back. Will never use a company that delivers with Toll again.

Can only rate 1 star as 0 is not available. Still waiting on a delivery from 2 weeks ago. No one responds to phone calls or emails. I can see my delivery sitting with some bits of it in Newcastle and some in Sydney, on their pointless tracking app. Complaining here is my final option .. I'm sure it's a mute exercise and no one will respond to this either!!

They are a bit mixed some deliveries are delivered to my door. I had one delivery driver had a bad attitude. My delivery was damaged. Toll is the company that will damage your freight. There are way better companies to use other than Toll is all I can say.

Delivery service. What a joke. Failed to deliver a parcel because they couldn't get down a direct road. Didn’t want to divert around. Only found this when I called them. Where is the customer service? Clearly you need more capable drivers. Stayed home all day just to wait for a no show delivery. Funny that other couriers like Fastway and Aus Post can make deliveries on the same day. And yes, that road was diverted all day

Super Super worest delivery service ever met.In order to rereive my parcel on time, I asked a day off today at home just waiting my parcel (29/Mar/2022), parcel not come but I found a empty 'Toll Note' in my mail box , when I check online , it showed delivered !!!! How can this happen? The deliver driver didn't press the door bell, also there is phone number on the delivery labelling, why can't just make a simple call ????? when I called the TOLL, it said its delivered, where is my ITEM????Why can't TOLL driver just make a simple phone call ? worest delivery service ever met.

I am at home but they don't knock. And I also accepted to go get it. but they don't have a specific address. but they have 2-3 warehouses. I just found on the map and came. but not the right place to get it. and I have to travel a lot. to them served by yelling at me. I said the next time you go to the specific address but they argue and justify their actions. It is recommended not to use this shipping service

Literally the worst, most unprofessional service I've ever dealt with. I was told on 28/10 my package would be delivered on 30/10 and I had to be home or it would be sent back to the depot, so I changed the address to my work address. No delivery on 30/10. Called 31/10 and was told it takes 24-48 hours for redirection to be set, and I would receive a message by 11am about the status of my package. By 12:30pm I'd heard nothing, called again and said I would go pick the package up from the depot and was advised they can't do that and they need 24 hours to lodge the request, so I left it as being delivered. Called this morning and was told it had been requested for depot pick up which I never advised to do.I'm now getting the run around again and getting told they need to lodge another request for delivery which will take another 48 hours.
