Got take away. Nice steamed dim sims. That's where nice ended. Fried rice was burnt, bits of black, really unpleasant. Sweet and sour pork was dry and hard. Must have seen that when boxing it up to serve, but served it anyway. Unprofessional.First time I've tried this Chinese. Sadly it's the last

We came here with the family and the food was below average for Chinese takeaway. Our food tasted like sauce was just poured from a jar over the food. Slow service had to constantly ask for drinks menus etc. The food all came out in dribs and drabs and so we didnt even get to enjoy the meal together.. Needless to say.. We wont be coming back.

I knew it was a bad idea when i entered the restaurant & it was empty at 7.30pm. Nevertheless we ordered our entrees & meals & as soon as i bit into the dim sim i knew an ingredient (s) was spoiled. I told the lady & she denied it was. She didnt want to know. We cautiously ate the rest which was ok,not exceptional. When i was about to pay at the counter,i asked 'you havent charged us for the dim sim,have you?' 'Yes' she responded,i said 'surely not?' 'Yes' she responded again, i paid in full with disgust. I probably shouldnt have. Who runs a restaurant like that? I dont suggest you order from here.

There is nothing golden about this restaurant. This is by far the worst Chinese I have eaten, the Sang Boy Chow was mince meat with all you can eat onions along with more spring onions, the fried rice was not fried and had chunks of spam, the chicken & cashew and some sort of jarred sauce, the only edible food we ate were the free prawn crackers. Needless to say we have crossed this off the list....

Food was god service also good BUT it was to HOT in the restaurant. It needs proper AC or FANS very uncomfortable too sit and enjoy your meal

Do not waste your time or money!. Worst food I have ever eaten. Called politely to complain and was laughed at over the phone. I asked for a refund and was then told to bring the food back up to the store which was a 10-15 minute drive away. they then sent the owner to come and collect the food who then abused me on my door step and was extremely rude and told me I had eaten the food (of course we ate some of it that’s how we knew how horrible it was). I’m appalled by them! Will be taking this further. Biggest waste of $76

Man scanned the Dine and Discover voucher and refused to take order saying its not scanned, and went to the kitchen leaving me on the front. Terrible customer service!
