They are very professional and knowledgeable. I did my face thread lifting and the result is amazing.. Maria (not sure if I spell correctly) explained in details the pro and con of thread lifting and she made me feel very comfortable during the session. They did a fantastic job and my swell was very minimum. Highly recommended I will go back again if I need anything to be done to my face.. thank you

I loved seeing Courtney at Facelab recently, she was so kind and caring. This girl knows her stuff, anything to do with the skin she's onto it. I had a laser and LED treatment done for the first time and she informed me about my skin concerns and how to help. It was a very informative visit. My new products are working wonders too. Dr Alex is friendly, professional and thorough. He sat down with us and discussed the procedures, along with the cost - which was pleasantly affordable. The Botox was delivered quickly and painlessly! Staff are helpful and made us feel welcome.I highly recommend Facelab and will be returning.

i had a threadlift and filler in december 2020 and must be the only person in these reviews who wasn't thrilled. the entire experience from service to aftercare was disappointing. ive never been back.

Courtney understands the science behind the lasers. She has applies her knowledge safely and achieves excellent anaesthetic results. I feel like I am in highly qualified hands. Facelab focuses on the quality of their treatments and not the quantity of their sales. For this reason they much safer and more effective than your average shipping centre franchise. Please don't risk going anywhere else.
