Had Roy in to finally solve longstanding issues with wifi coverage throughout our house, having tried a range of extenders, Google mesh etc. Very professional throughout and most importantly everything works a treat. An investment but worth it compared to the never ending hassle and wasted $ of DIY efforts.

Roy did an excellent job of fixing my Mac when the whole thing crashed during my Uni lecture. I dropped it off to him and picked it up the next morning. Highly recommend his services.

I cannot praise or recommend Roy at Computec more highly. He recently resolved my being locked out of sending or receiving emails due to some password problems. His support included several attempts at contacting Telstra on my behalf (eventually successful) and a great deal of patience. His knowledge is exemplary and his costs were more than reasonable. Don't bother going anywhere else for your IT support !!

I don’ t normally write reviews. Several days ago I entrusted my MacBook to Roy at Computec IT. Pick up and drop off were arranged for me. Everything went to plan. The repair charge was low and at the bottom end of the quoted range. I needed a prompt fix and I trusted a company I knew nothing about. The trust proved deserved. If I have any further device problems I will try Roy first.

Highly recommended Computer services. My old Macbook Pro screen was getting weird errors. Got Roy to check it for me. He saved all my files on the cloud so I can always access them and Removed the apps that were causing the errors. My Macbook is back to life!!!
