Lovely team who couldn't do enough to make sure I had a relaxing experience. I didn't have much time but needed a lot done so they made sure they were really efficient to get me out on time.They listen to what you need, are very helpful and for that I will be back.

I would not even rate this place a 1 star! Let’s start from the beginning- stood at the front counter the two workers close to the counter did not even acknowledge me, a lovely ? Apprentice came over and sat me down. All the workers looked like they hated their jobs and did not want to be there. The vibe was the most depressed salon I’ve been too. Not one of them had made any talks to their clients, the other client looked at me in the mirror and shook her head slightly- I knew she was thinking the same.- My stylist came over and said she’d be another 15 mins- no worries at all- Than comes over and tells me my regrowth is a little too long and may have a yellow band. Advised her that I’ve had my regrown done plenty of times, her response was “ at a Stefan’s? Cause the blonde lightener we use won’t give it a clean look unlike other salons” so essentially saying the products are bad. Told her I’m not worried about the band as I wear extensions.- the package I selected was $185, she added a extra $20 on because “ some of your regrowth is wider than two fingers”- ok no worries- Adds on a treatment and cut comes to $289 AFTER taking 20% being a Monday. Advised her I did not want a treatment as I have my own products at home. She went and checked with the other worker and came back and said we can’t do your regrowth if you don’t get the treatment, I said don’t worry about it and left the store.Now you guys are down $$ and I will never ever step foot back in there again.

I find it really hard to find a salon that I feel comfortable going to let alone a hairstylist! today I decided to try my luck at Stefans Springfield. the salon had such good energy everyone was smiling and super cheerful it didn't feel awkward at all. whenever a staff member walked past they smiled and struck up a conversation with me it made me feel super welcome. I 100% recommend going here for your hair needs Taylor was so accommodating and she showed me she really cared about my hair because she actually took the time to talk with me about what i wanted! I might have only got a cut and colour today but I walked away with so much more confidence and knowledge about how to look after my hair.

I recently went to Stefan’s and was treated by the lovely apprentice Tori who done a wash, cut and styled my hair. It has been many years since I’ve stepped into a salon and the experience I was given there by her made me not only feel the most fabulous I ever have but it was her attention to detail and the way she spoke to me that made my time in the chair wonderful.I can not wait until I return to QLD on my next holiday so I can go and see her and the ladies there once again for what was personally my experience of a lifetime in a salon.Kind RegardsTara

My first and last in this salon .. will never recommend this to anyone locals. Sloppy hair colour for my regrowth I even ask one staff to tidy the colour which stained my skin, the one who did it doesn't care at all..with regards to my haircut worse one ever, I don't know if she knows how to cut hair or just hit and miss.. will never come back to this salon better yet they should shut..

loved my haircut! I loved the experience today in Salon my stylist Taylor just moved from another Stefan Salon and I couldn't have been happier with my experience . she listened to my concerns and really understood what I was after. her suggestions on what to do with my hair in the future was also awesome since iv been getting the same colour done for year and am growing tired of it! super excited for my next visit! thanks again girls

Laura is amazing! I had a bad experience previously at this salon and Laura did all the little touches & added free services & a to die for head massage with a treatment to make up for it which I really appreciated a lot!Only person I would recommend to touch my hair there! ❤️ thanks a lot Laura!

I don't write reviews, ever! But Chloe B at Stefan definitely warrants this review. Chloe made me feel welcome as soon as I got to the store. We discussed the hair cut and colour I wanted and she walked me through the whole process before we started. Chloe demonstrated amazing knowledge and I walked out of their with the most amazing hair that Ive had in a long time. I couldn't recommend Chloe B enough and I look forward to having my hair done by her next time!

I had my haircut a few weeks back, I was happy with cut, but my hair kept falling in my face. I booked another appointment, to go a bit shorter, get a fringe, or more layers. When I got there I was told that my hairstyle was fine, and to wait a few weeks and to just pin it back. I was told that the only way to stop my hair falling in my face was to have it clippered. I would never go back. I was happy to pay for another style, I was flabbergasted.

Went in and from the moment I sat down I felt like I was getting judged. Bombarded with questions about my hair history and shampoo. Once the stylist decided that she didn’t like one of the products I had previously used as a shampoo she basically said she couldn’t do anything but cut it. (I’ve been going to professional hairdressers and getting my hair regularly cut). It’s not as though I had massive regrowth or untouched ends. I’ve only ever heard bad things about Stefan and I guess the rumours are true. I did walk out in the end as the judgemental looks and tone were too much. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went to a different local hairdresser and they did what I asked them to do (no judgement). Save your money and go elsewhere.
