I've just bought my second Cool Clutch bag and I cannot wait!There was a bit of a hiccup with the payment, but Suzanne was all over it and helped me sort it out.My first bag was brilliant and I am always getting compliments! It keeps everything cool, fits all I need and looks stylish and professional.I know my second (the Madeleine Backpack) will be the envy of all my coworkers and friends.5/5 for service, friendliness and concept - will most definitely be buying again (and again and again...)
