This is achieved through our longer treatment times to fully address all components of the presenting injury, our individualised Clinical Pilates sessions to correct abnormal postures and movement patterns to reduce and prevent pain long term, as well as Workplace ergonomic assessment and advice if this has been identified as a potential causative factor.
