DO NOT USE - TOTAL SCAM - they took my money and did not show up for the job, the most unprofessional company and still no refund

THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!PLEASE BEWARE EVERYONE!!!!!They didn't clean anything properly!Asked for cash up front and the left the site early without cleaning anything properly on the check list! Made more of a mess sweeping everything on the floor onto my balcony and also into the drain, blocking it! I had to do the job myself after they left and I paid $680!Really bad quality customer service and English skills, I can't believe they are even allowed to be trading! I have reported this to Fair trading and also to ASIC! Asking for cash upfront then leaving before the job is done, INDIAN SCAM BUSINESS!If you read this I wouldn't even bother calling, I have used other services before and had no drama!Scam scam scam!!!!!!
