Terrible service by the Lady owner who shouted at me for using the toilet. No toilet paper and it is a filthy place. Don’t know who gave them the franchisee. They are very incapable for being in this industry and don’t even know how to serve a customer..

I had a really good experience here but when I return I had the complete opposite. My discount card didnt register and the lovely woman added a discount anyway. I was going to review that but then today I had a really rude server who let me swipe the card but rejected my discount. Said it didnt work so I cant have one, I mentioned last time that I had received the discount any way but he continued to argue that he wouldn't. It's just a press of a button, I'm new here and looking for a regular place, I was going to choose this station but now I'll go elsewhere.

Incredibly rude clerk, she wqs not wearing a mask in mandatory times. She was speaking to friends in a language i dont understand over top of me while serving me which is incredibly disrespectful then had to ask what it was i had asked for again.Her friends" who stood their just talking to each other and her the whole time i was there who also are not weari g masks at the time. proceeded to pretend to drive into each other on the forcourt playing while customers were are trying to manouver around them to leave.Came to get a pie and they are all burnt to a crisp. 100% negative experience all round and will never be going back."

Today being the 1st of October 2018, went into the quick shop to buy a coffee, firstly they have the worst coffee machine secondly their coffee machine was digusting had mouldes around the coffee machine there was coffee spilled on it and it was dried hadn’t been cleaned for daysThen went to look for a had run out of lids and had no signs to say so. I have photos of the coffee machine which I unfortunately can not post here, but please avoid buying a coffee from these guys ever.Also I wonder if someone from their head office will see this and get back to me
