I had power outage to 1/3 of my house and called Mr Switch.This company charge $39 for call outs and didn't mention there was $280 fee for diagnostics over the phone and then quote me $7500 to replace everything as the setup was too old . I said if you could just get the power going and let us think about it and the technician refused. We paid over $300 and the problem was still there.Got a local electrician to come in and fixed the problem for $150. Never using them again.

I was trying to organise a line to connect my internet. Over the last 6weeks I've spoken to 14 Dodo Techs and 7 Optus Technicians none of whom could shed any light on my issues. The Mr Switch Technician had my phone line replaced and internet up and running in less than an hour. Very professional and friendly, I couldnt have asked for a simpler solution. I'll recommend Mr Switch to everyone. Thank you!

Our business required all new lighting, and when we contacted Mr Switch we had a team member contact us within in minutes of our enquiry to arrange a free, onsite quote the following day.After our quote, which was very reasonable, Jake, the technician came to our office the following week and carried out a very thorough and professional job.Would definitely recommend Jake and Mr Switch to anyone.
