I am extremely pleased with my recent repair experience with Telechoice store. I found the phone easy to use and appreciated the help and advice given regarding the problem i have with my phone. Great service.

Would have loved to have the guy here fix my phone but the buy now pay later options are non existent here.

Aussie Mobile Solution is an excellent choice for your cell phone repairs. I dropped off my iPhone 4 to have the screen replaced and picked it up 1.5 hours later with a new screen and new battery. It was like a brand new phone! The service was excellent, responsive, and courteous. My overall experience was great! I'll be back on all of my future repairs as well as when I need cell phone accessories.

I usually don't write reviews but hope to save the next person money and time...I had my screen fixed" here about 2 moths ago. They replaced my screen for $200+ only for it to crack again three weeks later with general use. It literally crumbled on my finger tips. Never had a phone do that before. I returned the weeks later for them to say they would replace it for additional $190. So firstly they charged me more initially. Gave me an inferior product. Thirdly there warranty (1 month ambiguous warranty) won't cover the cheap replacement they use. Waste of time and money for me."

Fantastic service, friendly staff and very reasonable price! I came in yesterday and got my phone fixed and am extremely happy! I've had my phone fixed multiple times but never been super happy with the repair so thank you very much!

Awful quality and customer service, don't change your phone screen here. Changed my phone screen with them twice, the first time it cracked after a week so I thought it was probably something I'd done, I went back and they charged me again to change it.The second time I changed it, the screen went completely black the next day. I hadn't dropped the phone or damaged it in anyway. I went back to them as it should be well within warranty, yet they refused to change it for me. I'm truly appalled at how awfully their staff treated me. This place is a total scam, avoid at all costs if you don't want to be duped.

I had very bad experience with these guys today as I had changed touch screen for my phone 4 weeks ago, and suddenly lines appeared in the screen and turned white. They didn’t accept to change it for free as they mentioned as( warranty for 3 months ) and charged again for changing the screen and they used aftermarket one without mentioning they would to do so.

Hi, I took my iphone 4 here for a simple screen repair. The screen was replaced and in that process the mother board was damaged somehow. At the moment they are testing it to see how to fix it. I am confident that they will return my phone in the same condition it was supplied in. Might just be without a phone for a couple of days. If they had a phone number I would like to call and see what is happening with this process as it is hard to wake up for work with no phone :) I'll keep you all posted on progress! Update - I did end up getting the phone fixed up which was really good and the level of communication was excellent. They are a nice bunch of people, who, at the end of the day, won't screw you over, and that is worth something these days.

Fixed my Note 8 both back and front glass panels. Had an issue but they fixed it without much hassle. They did an excellent job and their customer service skills are second to none. Their pricing is cheap but they do not compromise on the end product. Would go there again, very highly recommended.

Acted very nice and then when they couldn't help me, instead of saying as such they flat out ignored me. Not a great look on a business. Mobile Phone Repair Shop in Preston is fantastic if you can go a bit further in.
