EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY! I had to put these two words in caps to emphasise the amazing quality of service we received by Gary and his team. I called Gary last minute as our Bond cleaner cancelled the day before but Gary found time to help because of our dilemma. I live in the USA and had to get my elderly Mum out of her home of 8 years into a retirement village due to elder abuse from the owner. Gary worked late in the evening and the next day to make sure my Mum was not going to be hard done by from the Real Estate or Owner who didn't care that my Mum was a long term tenant or that she was now immobile.The house was not properly cleaned in 8 years so this was no ordinary Bond clean; it was a restoration. They did such a great quality job that the exit report came back perfect! I was so grateful to Gary and thankful for his effort to get this house in better condition than what it was before my Mum moved into it 8 years ago.I highly recommend Preferred Cleaning Services to anyone looking for quality work, caring and genuine people. We had a dire need to get a large house cleaned quickly and thoroughly : Photoshoot for house sale.Let’s just say the house was filthy in so many ways...us mere mortals “cleaning” was really, just wiping visible dirt away.I felt reassured about engaging Gary at the last minute. He knew what he was talking about and we just put our faith in him.Gary and his team were nothing short of AMAZING in terms of their work ethics, commitment and most importantly, delivering an outstanding result!The house looked so beautiful and new, it made us a little sad about moving out!They arrived on time, got on with the job, cleaned the house spotless and only left a trail of sheer awe in its place.We cannot recommend Preferred Cleaning Services enough. They went above and beyond to clean every inch (no easy feat, trust me) because they’re professional and take pride in their work.I’m starting to sound repetitive but that’s how impressed we were.The price is reasonable, worth every cent.We will be his regular customers for sure, they’re too good not to!

Had Gary and his team come out to do a Bond Clean. The Real Estate agents were incredibly picky, thankfully Gary ended up communicating with the Real Estate and I was able to get my entire bond back!! Highly recommend Preferred Cleaning Services!!

Can’t thank these guys enough for their hard work on our rental house. The real estate agent called and thanked us for leaving the house so spotless, and asked who our bond cleaner was because it was that good. We ended up getting all of our bond back. By far, Gary and his cleaning company have been the most professional, punctual, hard-working, and service-oriented organization I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with.Gary and his team went above and beyond my expectations with the bond clean to the point where he deserves a 6 star review. Every nook and cranny in the house was left spotless, his team was extremely informative as to what needed to be done to ensure that our real estate agents would return the maximum amount of bond possible, and they did it all with can-do attitude, excellent customer service, and as efficiently as possible.Moving house has been one of the most stressful events during this past year, but Gary and his team made ordeal of bond cleaning as seamless as possible. I will be recommending his services to all my friends and family.

If you want a no fuss, super professional cleaning service, Gary and his team are who you want to call. I have required his services on more than 1 occasion and he was able to come up with a plan super quick with short notice. If I could I would give more stars.

Being led down by a cleaner that didn’t turn up as agreed (booked weeks in advance), I anxiously called around and Preferred Cleaning Services came to the rescue with a few hours notice, lead by Gary and his team.I didn’t see the final result, as they worked past normal hours (!) but the real estate agent was very pleased and we had the full bond returned (Sept 2016).Communication is key and both Gary and Carl were great and kept us informed.

Gary and his team are extremely professional and diligent in their work. We’ve had Gary cleaning our luxury rental home for over 6 months now and it’s always left absolutely spotless for our guests maintaining the Airbnb 5 star rating for cleanliness.
