Need to stock better items in here. The prices are too high at times and even to pick up a old storybook to buy costs you about $5 for it !!!When are they going to stop giving all the good stuff to the staff and put out what was really intended for the public to buy!!!

It is very disgusting how this shop is trying to make money for themselves and not helping the community at all. They are selling clothing that has been donated (free), and they put a big price tag on the clothes, making it unaffordable for people who go there for help accessing these things at low prices. Some of the dresses are visibly old and worn and overpriced, not to mention the strong smell of dirty clothing, which is more than any other op shop I have been to. They are trying to help themselves rather than the community.

Unreasonable no returns policy. Bought a garment and saw shortly afterwards that it was the wrong size. Despite being second hand all tags were on the item, basically unworn and therefore more expensive than other items. Took it back no later than an hour afterwards.Was told by the people who sold it that there is a no returns and no exchange policy and a small sign was shown... despite the fact that I was sold the item with my receipt upon which is stated clearly that Returned goods will NOT be accepted without a valid receipt." Apparently they will not be returned with the receipt either. Unreasonable

I think the priceprice is bit over the top I thought they were there to help low income people get clothes not any more just another business trying to maximize income!
