Arrived after 2 hours cold and incorrect . Blamed the driver saying she's and older lady who drives slow. I'm 63 offensive comment . Lied about time it was sent couldn't tell me when it was cook. No offer for compensation .Even the bin chickens wouldn't eat it. Never again

Pizzas and sides are OK but constantly leave off extra toppings and under fill portions of sides in containers. Ordered 2 large ice creams with tonight’s order (advertised clearly S 32 ounces each) but only 20 ounces in each - small are 16 ounce. Rang to complain and was told by person identifying as manager that as we received a tub with ice cream in it there was no issue and that there is no problem on our end if the weights don’t match. Pretty much every time we have ordered the tubs look full until you take out a scoop and realise they are half air. Very unhelpful. Quality of food varies considerably- if it’s a busy night it’s burnt, wrong and too hard to fix.

Best customer service I’ve had from a pizza joint.Ordered off Uber and the Uber driver delivered my drink and garlic bread but forgot my pizza. Gave them a call and not only did they remake my pizza but they delivered it personally and gave me a choccy mousse. This was absolutely no fault on their part and they handled it awesomely, not to mention the food was delicious. Will definitely be ordering from there again.

I would have to be one of the fussiest customers anywhere I go, and last night, the whole experience I had with, and at, Pizza HQ at Beresfield was so good I had to review, which I rarely do.The young person who took my call was patient, thorough, polite and super helpful! When I got to the store, everyone was busy doing their thing, and I was so impressed with the whole place buzzing!My order was so cheap that I had to double check the price and all of the food was literally so delicious! The pizzas were of such good quality.I am so impressed and I am thinking the times when people were unhappy with their order/staff etc were just random experiences, and not at all the norm of how this place is.My nephew highly recommended Pizza HQ to me yesterday and I’m so glad I went.Well done to the team!

Tried for the first time tonight. Great pizzas. Well topped with a nice dough. We had Chicken Camembert and Steak Royale. Both were amazing. We’ll be back.

I would definitely recommend this establishment. The food is always really good here. I have found for variety, quality and overall presentation its well priced and always tastes amazing. I would recommend the the chicken camembert pizza- so yummy! And oh my gosh the churros!!I also find its not as greasy as other pizza chains you may know in the area.

Ordered online, was told it would be ready by 7.30pm, arrived at 7.35 Didn’t receive my pizza’s until 8.10pm. Orders incorrect, missing parts of the of order.However they did make it after I mentioned it.Customer service was professional and friendly, extremely apologetic.

The food is good, but I'm tired of them always mucking me around. Can't find my address for deliveries, repeatedly late with pickup orders, etc. Last time they didn't even start making my pizza until after I'd already arrived at the pickup time. Probably not going back again.

Got a ten pack of wings.. I asked if they could try and give me the wingette pieces..Got back to my motel to find not one wingette.. I guess someone thought it would be funny but to me I was left with dry chicken pieces..
