Refreshing to deal with a company that makes a buying experience easy. Spoke with Kale over the phone, he listen to me and answered all my questions directly and with no overcomplication. I purchased the machine online which was as easy as he mentioned and the delivery of the oxygen concentrator machine was delivered in the quickest I've ever seen. Friday afternoon order from Syd - Melb delivered 9:30 am as promised. Great to see this service in these times. I actually asked the delivery driver if he worked for Aust Post and he said no....lol that's why it arrived on time. :)
