Woeful customer service. Had a car written off in a nose to tail but still driveable. They had to pick it up from my home before I could get the total loss payout. They arranged for pickup on day 1 between 9-2pm. Driver didn't arrive. When I phoned they said the driver didn't get the job request, and so rescheduled for 9-930 the next day (Day 2). Again no show. Called at 10.30 - said they would definitely be around within 1.5 hours. Still no show, no comms. I called again. Eventually driver arrived at 4.30 without any explanation or apology. Since it was so late, I had to wait to day 3 to process my total loss payout. I don't mind being stuffed around - I know that other jobs might become more urgent - but at least keep me informed. Will never use them again - and informed the insurance company.

Grate driver. Very clean and professional did a good job. Truck very clean and well looked after. Would use again if needed.

Needed a breakdown tow about 2kms. Was told an hour. Waited nearly 2. Contacted company an hour in to be informed 20 mins.Payment process seemed disorganised and was issued no receipt.Not happy with this service.

Keegan was extremely helpful to tow my car out of a ditch on a rainy night this week. He made sure I was alright, and then swiftly got my car out of its nosedive without so much as a scratch. I definitely recommend this service. It was wonderful that he arrived so quickly, despite the bad weather and late hour. Thank you so much for your help. Made a world of difference.

I have just reported one of this companies drivers for very reckless and dangerous driving. I really hope that this driver is dealt with, and hopefully sent on as his driving almost caused two accidents within 10 minutes. This persons driving was not acceptable in any shape or form.

Very happy with their service. The customer service operator was really helpful and organised a specific tow truck to suit our vehicle. The tow truck driver, Nick, was incredibly helpful, professional and capable despite the rather awful spot we broke down in. Price was very reasonable and he went out of his way to help us as much as possible. Couldn't be more appreciative.

Had the usual story happen: car breaks down in the middle of the night on a Sunday, call through a half a dozen tow services. Ended up calling 131Tow and ran into significantly better pricing and service within the hour.Had my vehicle towed by Jake and had an absolute banger of a time. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and all around great chap, who also arrived 20 minutes faster than expected.Had a great time both in person with Jake, and on the phone with Wendy. Will definitely be coming back again if needed (hopefully not) and will be recommending to family, friends, and anyone else in a bind. Would rate higher if I could.

I had been in my first car crash this morning, as a young adult who has never been in this type of situation, Shane my towie was absolutely amazing, he came up to me first to see how I was and make sure myself and the other's involved where not injured. Shane than explained to me how it all works and how he'll move my car up onto the truck and even said that he'd drop me off to a maccas near by to make sure we were off the highway. Shane even waited with me as someone came to pick me up. He was so helpful and made my experience the best it could be in that type of situation.Shane I also took your advice and went to the doctor straight away, thanks to that we've got on Early to any medical issues I'm experiencing. Absolutely amazing work mate, I hope you have a good one.

Exceptional service. Well done Olivia and Andrew.We needed a breakdown picked up and delivered home. Oliva was so helpful when we rang for booking. Andrew arrived on time very professional nothing was too much trouble, such a great guy.
