Delivery was on time, product quality was passable at best. I rang store to discuss with manager, was assured that these passed their quality control for size, quality and cutting. Manager seemed unwilling to take responsibility or even be apologetic for the poor quality.-Uneven slicing (I suspected slices were cut out before main cutting)-Barely warm chicken meatballs with one glob of sauce in the middle (saucing like 4meatballs)-Burnt cheesy garlic bread (and not adequately cheesed)PHOTOS ATTACHED.

13-June-23 _ Ordered a cheese pizza - took about 25 mins - then found out they had placed it out front and not called my name for 10 mins. By the time received the pizza was dry / over cooked, and I was out of time to get another one.

They should be disgusted to let a pizza leave the store looking like this. I know its a chain and fast food but how hard is it to screw up a Hawaiian pizza.The cheese is completely burnt, hardly any ham and half the slices have no pineapple. The edge and bottom of the pizza are burnt as well.

Good store, always well presented, prompt service. Staff are mostly alert and engaging. Pizza is your typical dominos quality, predictably good. Store is clean, staff always appear to be hard working never on their phones. It's lovely to walk into a store and be acknoledged. Delivery drivers seem to polite.

Ordered for delivery, received a message it was delivered to my door (it was a drop off as I had COVID and couldn't meet the driver) however, there was nothing there. Either delivered to the wrong place or something.... And I called and they said nothing we can do".... What a joke"

Ordered a 30 dollar deal via the app.Swapped the Pepsi for a Sunkist and then ordered a chicken side as an addition.Side didn't arrive and was over charged.Driver who was lovely went back to store and returned with side and told me new owners said it was impossible to refund me the difference. Was also informed that app had attached itself to the addition for charging purposes, now this is an order I place twice a week and never an issue before.I then called Northpoint and spoke to a rude man by name of Russel who basically accused me of trying to scam.Never will I order from here again.

Customer service was disgusting tonight. Mentioned my name was spelt wrong and the worker decided to begin to argue the point that it was spelt correctly. Daniel is NOT how you spell my name. Pizza is also very disapointing in size and quality.

Usually not a bad place but after tonight I am not happy opened my pizza box and there is a bit missing? Can not complete a circle this is just not on!
