They worked with me twice (most recently in Dec 2015). I would not hesitate to recommend them for all jobs big and small..

Modern Painting was contracted to paint an apartment that was inhabited by a chain smoker that resided there for 10 years.Frank and his staff treated the walls and other surfaces and patched all the holes and rough edges expertly. All the workers were extremely professional, polite and the completed job exceeded all our expectations. The apartment now appears brand new" and will be easy to lease
