My husband and I had Scott the sales rep from Patioworld Beresfield come out and give us a quote for an outdoor patio. He was extremely helpful and always answered my calls for any questions I had. Sharon was also a pleasure to deal with. She was always so helpful and friendly. We decided to chose Patioworld for the job after getting a couple of other quotes. They were not only the cheapest quote but their finish product was the neatest. Mark was our installer and I have to say the cleanest tradie we've ever had. We had a couple of issues but Mark was very gracious and patient while it was being sorted out with the office and a week later came back and finished the job. The couple of issues we had were sorted out by Patioworld with professionalism and exceptional customer service. The outdoor patio has added a great entertaining space to our backyard and it's absolutely beautiful. Mark did a fantastic job and we could not be happier with the finished product. We highly recommend Patioworld to anyone considering using them.

We have just had a patio cover completed.From the time of visiting the display centre at Beresfield, having the rep come and discuss what we needed and the builder for final measurement and to completion of the work, we had no problems.The tradesmen installing our cover were on time and meticulous and completed the work in one day without any problems. All waste (dirt etc) was taken away.We would not hesitate to recommend the staff and installers from Patio World, Beresfield.

Very happy with our patio roof, from our first contact to the completion of the work. Staff, the guys that delivered the materials & the guys that erected the roof were all amazing, could not fault anything. Highly recommend

We rang three businesses to get a quote to enclose our patio , one replied to say they got our call but didn't hear from them again , another turned up measured and said it would be difficult , didn't hear from them again . Patioworld turned up on time measured up and from then on , were very professional , easy to talk to , very friendly and kept us in loop about progress. It now has been completed and we couldn't be happier with the workmanship . I cannot thank everyone enough Patioworld have been a pleasure to work with and I will always recommend them .

Their work looks good but there employees seem unprofessional I was driving to work today with someone in a work car (from patio world) flipping me of and yelling profanities with his son in front seat, sad to see someone acting like that in front of their child

Patio World provided us with a suitable design to meet with our everyday living requirements. They then proceeded to deliver the finalised design with communication at each stage of the process. Staff are very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Highly recommend Patio World

Outstanding ExperienceFrom our first meeting with Rob who was the ultimate Professional right through our construction process Patioworld have exceeded our expectations. Had other quotes and they not even in same ball park. We knew this is who we want to do the job even before we got the quote. Ben who built our Summit outdoor area was so precise with everything he did and done an amazing job. Scott our Supervisor was brilliant to deal with and nothing was ever a problem for him.
