We had never done a kitchen renovation before so we shopped around before committing to Regal Stonemason. We chose them because of their advice, guidance, reasonable price/quote, positive reviews and overall great customer service. ...believe me, other quotes from stone installers were ridiculously high like they were saying, here's a clueless mug".Arlyn was so helpful! She answered 100 of my novice questions with patience and kindness. We changed our measurements several times as we were deciding the size for our island and had to put the job on hold while getting some additional cabinetry but once we'd got it all done the job proceeded quickly.Our island bench is magnificent! Great customer service from start to finish.Arlyn was very helpful and knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the whole process.The staff - initially a site visit by Ervin and later the installers were excellent and professional and did really great work that exceeded my expectations. The bench top looks great.Even when I damaged the sink, I am thankful that Arlyn & staff managed to source another one that really saved me .Overall, I am a very satisfied customer.
