Australia Post - Mona Vale Post Shop

I went to the post office to get a Passport photo for another country, as well as foreign stamp, return envelopes, etc. The woman who served me was friendly, helpful and let me review the pictures! We decided the first one was awful and she took another one. Clearly the post office has improved their customer service at this branch.

Honestly worst auspost in Sydney and I've seen a few. 2 of the people lokking depressed and one on the other hand on Adderall or something being overly chatty and not doing her job. Yet all three of them need rocket up their a***. Woman serving me took more than 10 minutes just to manage to send one couple's parcel.Black hole of bad energy, you'll woke out more annoyed than you've walked in.

I wanted to select a variety of stamps to send my stamp-collecting nephew overseas, and 'NATALIE' at this location went above and beyond the call of good service to get me there. We don't often praise exceptional front-line service; most of us are way to busy... but sometimes, it's worthwhile tostep back, and say a whopping big thanks! This is for me, one of those occasions!

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Not helpful at all.

I’ve never come in and seen the lady at the counter - usually have to wait for her to come back from some mysterious side quests

Bec was wonderful, so very kind and helpful in getting my fragile and odd sized parcel packed to send. I couldn't have done it without her.

Absolutely despicable customer service. You need to pump anti depressants through the air con in there cause the staff are just miserable, been going there daily for nearly a year and never seen a staff member smile or pretend to look happy once. When customers have to explain to you how to do your job, you know there is an issue.....

I do not know how many times I went there just to be received by the manager (this lady) who was super rude and will not accept that she messed up several times. To get my passport photo I went there four times because first she said all I need is an ID (check), then came back and said that I do need a passport (US passport, check), then came back with the Citizenship certificate plus another passport (my COlombian one) plus the ID plus the US passport and still this Dummy will not accept it for some reason and told me to come back. Two weeks passed and she is on hols, then the lady who was in charge did it right away, papers checked, all good to go and then pics taken in 5 freaking minutes. WOW. Talking about bad customer service there except for the last lady obviously. Never went back
