Bought 3 y clips cable ends on the 4/2/21 cost me $127 still waiting to get my items, boat warehouse are very expensive & unprofessional. Seems there are young family members running the joint. Never will I buy from these guys again.

Unfortunately the supplier Reelax" in Brisbane sent 3 different colored seats that were supposed to be all white. The Boat Warehouse staff sorted the issue and refunded my money promptly."

Terrible experience. Online purchase was left as ‘processing’ for a week. Phone call found a very defensive staff member.Went in-store for the product and staff member was not only vague and not interested he actually walked away from me mid sentence. Never again.

My wife and I purchased a Sizzler Deluxe High Lid BBQ and some accessories for it, and apart from being a fantastic BBQ for our caravan, the great price, good old fashioned customer service and product knowledge was just worth mentioning.Thanks for a very happy experience which is rare in retail these days.
