Pharmacist was lovely but the female assistant was rude when she knew I was from Melbourne. I have been in Lakes for over 2 weeks this visit, before any talk of lockdown. I have owned a property here for 10 years, pay rates, contribute to the local community. My family had a holiday home here for 35 years. I was born and raised in East Gippsland. I have a compromised immune system and had my first COVID shot and am no risk to her or anyone else in Lakes. Unpleasant experience and certainly not good customer service from a person in her position.

While on holiday we required an emergency script to be filled. The staff member was so helpful and comforting. As I was waiting, I saw this same quality in the interactions other staff also had with their customers Wonderful service. Thank you.

As this is one of two small chemist in the bush, you are able to obtain your needs. Yes it can cost more than other ones,welcome to the bush.I regularly use their services and find they try to always help me.
