Great customer service had the front desk. I forgot her name but it was a Friday afternoon around 3pmShe was wonderful and friendly with us and other customers. She had a caring nature and we walked in not feeling we were going to be verbally shutdown as this was our experience by 2 staff members in the Salisbury office .Also Scott was the person my friend had an appointment with him and it is Good to see a Male show empathy after my friend had lost his Mother a couple of weeks before the appointment. Again we did not experience this what so ever in Salisbury .Let's hope some of Pt Adelaides Duty of Care, conduct, empathy etc rubs of to the Salisbury officeThank You

Wasn't there for long.. had a meetingWent back a week later for a one on one consult.. Divina was lovely. Went out of her way to help organise application packs so I could find a rental property.. very happy with the service.

My husband have been in our SA housing property for close to twenty years now very lucky to have a beautiful house in a great suburb how grateful we are to Housing SA for our home if it wasn't for them we would be in private rental and so many don't even have a place to live

Port Adelaide: Property managers won't answer calls, letting their machines field them. They won't even come out if you take the trouble to go into the office - they send the receptionist back out with a message saying they will ring, then don't. My property mgr is KELLY, and I've left 4 messages on her machine, plus going into the office. She wasn't in a meeting or on the phone. Slack!

Quite, neat and easily accessible place. Good staff and customer service is always the best. Only issue is parking as it always happens in the Port..Limited parking time. There are a few other businesses in the building...Don't forget to visit other places, if you are nearby

Live amongst housing SA units. Housing SA are useless and do nothing about antisocial behaviour, I could write a literal book on complaints housing SA never do anything

I spoke to Samantha this morning and found her to be professional and very informative. Samantha answered all my questions and provided me the forms to commence my application to register my interest for a Trust Home

Called housing trust because a neighbour was being picked on because of his sexualising and they attended his premises without notification wich is illegal in the first place any landlord private or through housing trust must give 2weeks written notice b4 they attend a property. I couldn't believe they would break the law like that so I called and complained about the wrong treatment because apparently he had 2 noise complaints yet no one EVER knocked on his door and asked him to turn down his music, there were no police called for excessive noise either and no letters had been sent to say could u please stop playing music. Wich he only plays after lunch in day time not our fault no2 has had a new baby and has extra people living in the carport. The 1st Matthew heard of ANY COMPLAINTS was wen housing trust came over illegally and basically threatened matty that he's still on his 6mth probation period and 1 more complaint and he would b out on his ear!!!! TOTALLY WRONG AND AGAINST THE LAW!!!!!

Staff member in Port Adelaide had no idea about her job, staff in back offices were no help, told me to come back another day. Spoke to me as if I was well below her. As far as I know I've been taken off the list again.

Good friendly service, didn't have to wait to long, nice clean waiting area.
