My partner went here after moving to the area & reading the great reviews on google. Received the worst cut ever. The stylist" could not do a simple hair fade. Received a straight No 1 shave resulting in my partners hair looking like a pineapple.It took 4 stylists at a different salon to fix what they could of this hair cut. They didnt charge him at the end as they felt bad they could not rectify it.I can only assume this salon focuses on old school/standard hair cuts with no fades.Would not recommend this salon if your looking for a fade.Added: Highly unprofessional."

Staff didn’t listen to the instructions and cut it wrong. Save your hair and go to someone who is skilled and would listen to what you want for your hair.Rushed through and messed up my hair cut.Don’t go on the advertising on every corner around south lake !!!!PS - I think my written english doesn’t matter here as much. I spoke much better and clear English but your listening skills were definitely poor and so you should work on that to understand your customers better and directions to provide a good service.

These guys absolutely suck.I knew this half-wit was cutting into my long hair that has taken me years to grow.The photos below show how it originally looked, then how much he shaved up into my long hair. I’m absolutely furious.What absolutely terrible barber.Cash only business which sounds dodgy as.They charged me $25 to shave the sides which took under 5mins - what a rip off.Do not recommend. Will NEVER go here again.

Went in lunchtime Saturday and got a simple side cut by the long beard guy. Left with a hack job and couldn’t realise the extent of the damage until I washed up hair!!! He’s cut one side completely different to the other (length, style etc), cut into my hairline making me appear more receding and didn’t blend the top at all. Paid $35 for a tidy and will now need to go elsewhere for a fix. Incompetence at a whole new level- 0 stars

These guys are awesome; Zayn has cut my hair personally for over 3 years now and he never leaves me with a bad cut. Plus as a student his prices are exceptionally low and he always delivers with his service as well. These guys deserve the best!

Husband went in and asked for number 2 on the sides and short on top. Guy did the worst haircut. Like the last one star review. Told him to keep his hat on till it grows back. When asked to fix his hair the guy said he will charge him for two haircuts. STAY AWAY lot nicer places around.

I had my hair cut by a young arrogant man with bleached blonde hair. He literally took 3 minutes to cut my hair, when asked if there was anything else he could help me with I asked him if he can go shorter on the sides. To my surprise he said no problem but it will be another $35 because it's another cut all while I'm still sitting in the chair. I rightly kicked up a bit of a fuss when he ran outside to get the actual hairdresser, after a chat the second man end up finishing it off and totally balled it up. No fade just a number 0 to the back of my head ! Never again these amateurs will get a cent of me!!!

Guys are all lovely and nice, pricing isn’t bad, but the haircuts are. Told the guy what I wanted, he said easy job and started cutting. Fade is uneven on each side, looks like 2 different haircuts. Can’t follow a line, one side of my head is a shaky uneven fade to the crown, other side is low/mid. Uneven hair lengths all around, nearly double the length on some sides hidden by just wetting it.My kid brother is shaving it as we speak. What should have been a very easy cut has left me messed up beyond repair. Bald time
