POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.Rude owner. Busy shop, he came to us, asked what we're looking for, and cut out conversation and left. Came back and did the same again. He kept us waiting.Respect your customer. Seems like you have no attention to customer experience. Such a disappointment.To users: Read other reviews, many people have the same bad experience

We bought a rug, guided by the D R sales staff. Our original choice proved to be unsuitable and we were advised to try a cheaper one. It proved ideal when put in our living room.The showroom rep was excellent. So, good service, good range of product.
