Food looked lovely,presentation of the dish was outstanding....but! On both meals ordered it was cold.Updated review! Left restaurant arriving back at my car with serve stomache cramps. I had to find a toilet ASAP. Will not be returning my stomache feels bloody terrible.

Food was okay, the chicken, avocado and cheese toastie left a lot to desire, nothing like what usually I get.Service was shocking bad! After standing in line for nearly 20 minutes to order (and not getting the free babyccino as for any unknown reason it was charged) we got to order and got our food. Then asked for water to a waiter who asked someone behind the counter and the lady who was making coffee screamed saying get in line as I am busy. My husband waited another 15 minutes in line to get water u till a nice waitress saw the distress as our food and drinks were getting cold and asked if she could help - that lady is brilliant, well done to her customer service (shame I didn't get her name).

Lucky to get one star. System won't let me rate my experience a zero, a rating that is more appropriate to my ex perience. Ordered a couple of drinks and a couple of breakfast dishes. Took my table and waited 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive. So far so good. Another 10 minutes go by and finally manage to get a waiter to clear the rubbish of our table. Still waiting for our food. After another 5 to 10 minutes I'm starting to get impatient especially after seeing other customers being served who arrived long after us. So I approached the counter to inquire about our food to be told it would take another 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I'm still waiting on our food so again I inquire at the counter only to be told they know nothing about the order and would start making it immediately. Bear in mind I've been waiting the better part of an hour by this stage. I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. Will never be back there.

This joint has gone downhill, waited over an hour for two eggs benedict, when we finally got our order the rest of the restaurant got their orders quickly....There's something wrong with management and the kitchen is working back to front, most likely due to lack of staff.We witnessed several people asking for their food and getting frustrated

Normally you only get the best of everything at any coffee club but today was different. My husband and I ordered eggs benedict, and what we got was very much the no-frills version… and nothing like the mouth watering menu pic. The store was also dirty. There was food still under the table from days gone by… the chairs were gross, stained with dried tomato etc. Certainly not what we’re used to from this store.

Dirty tables, chairs and floor. Poorly trained service from staff at ordering counter. Reluctant to assist with app order even though T&C's clearly state that birthday coffee is free even on public holidays. We order breakfast and paid our surcharge on that, but staff does not want to give free birthday coffee because we need to pay surcharge on the free coffee. Breakfast was below average and not on par with other Coffee Clubs.

Haven't been here for a while and won't be returning.Place was grubby, condiments containers empty with empty salt packets left etc.Staff not very well trained, you don't walk off without completing transaction, I used machine and finalised it myself.Food arrived almost cold. Here's a tip poached eggs are served hut and runny. Never heard of being asked if I want soft, medium or hard, that's actually for fried or boiled eggs.Asked for soft and SURPRISE got overcooked hard eggs.Coffee Club used to be the place to go. Not anymore sadly or I'll go to the one at Oasis next time.

Worse brunch experience that I had in a long time. I ordered an omelet. The order came so late and when I asked for it, the lady who served me was so rude. Omelet was burnt and bread had a wired taste
