The Panda Yum Cha
Nice Yum Cha at Macquarie Centre hidden behind shopping centre. Delicious yum cha dishes very well prepared comparable to top yum cha restaurants in Chinatown.And, you don’t have to pay for parking & drive a long way to city. Many dishes are yummy.Staff members are friendly, helpful, but the only letdown is the management of this place do not know how to organise their service staff members properly, to be more efficient, effective to serve customers, reset tables & deliver drinks + food.Kitchen team seems to be able to cook dishes timely. You just need to have time to sit there for a while, wait for service & food should come quickly.

Pretty cool and high-level yum cha place, would give it at least 4/5.EXCEPT…Look at the lil’ robot guys! Absolutely adorable they are.Would definitely come here again, what a terrific experience.

The Panda Yum Cha
My first time at a yum cha and I really enjoyed it. I will be back again. I highly recommend the pork and soup dumping, the prawn dumping and the mango pancake delicious. The noodles and veg fried rice and Chinese broccoli were also good.

The Panda Yum Cha
The panda is by far the most spacious yum chaa restaurant comparing to many others. The design is more contemporary and distance between tables are so comfortable that you don't get to hear other people conversation too closely.Food wise pretty standard yum chaa items and if you Pay with cash and you get 5% off.There is a central stage with a giant screen which I guess that's for typical functions, like wedding, company do, etc.Besides, there is a dish robot, circle around to help staff, offload used dishes, which is quite eye catching especially for kids.But, Some Staff, you can tell that they are newly trained, so found them not sure about their own system. They sent you to the wrong table and need to relocate after you already settling down.

Food was pretty good. Not as heavy and greasy as most Chinese restaurants, but definitely on the upper end on price.Fried soy beans were interesting and tasty ($20)Chicken was good, nothing special ($30)XO pipis were the highlight of the meal but some didn't taste fresh and had lots of sand in them ($80, 500g)The grouper fillets with broccolini were a very small serving size for it's price and the veggies were a bit dry/old ($34)

The food quality and service are very good, some dishes were a bit salty while others were too plain, overall I would recommend this restaurant especially if you have a large group of people. There are menu options and app options when you order, some menu items were not available.

Thank you Panda Yum Cha for a wonderful banquet feast! We booked a private room and ordered from their banquet menu, there was so much variety on offer! It's not often you can find a Chinese restaurant that serves excellent quality food and good service. Interiors are beautiful too! Special shout out to Michelle who served our room. Thank you for a wonderful night!

Food is good but the price is definitely on the higher end. Don’t recommend scallop dumplings, the cover is way too soft.

The place is grand and nice. Food and service is average. Price for dim sum is expensive compared to Singapore and Hong Kong Chinese restaurants. Have not tried other dim sum in Australia hence not too sure if the price is reasonable.

My favourite Yum Chat restaurant so far. Simply because the staff here are the most friendly ones among all Yum Cha places.I understand it is hard to take care of every customer under extreme pressure and super busy working environment. But the service here is still showing friendly, smiling faces and tones when the staff talk to you. No impatient or loud replies to the customer request.Today is the third time we have visited here in the past month. The food and services are very consistent. The tables are spaced reasonable, and the whole space is clean and comfortable for a weekend Yum Cha.
