The owner is a magician! He has done wonders for some of most worn in shoes. Has even been able to fix torn leather on my heels. Amazing! He had saved me hundreds of dollars in trying to replace shoes, by repairing them. Great personality, fast work, and super convenient if you spend time in that part of the city. I would highly recommend this shop.

On the way into work the heel of my boot snapped off at Wynyard station - in a panic I called them and asked if they would be able to fix them on my lunch break. Although they made no promises, they totally delivered - so quick, super friendly and affordable. They saved my day!

Big fan of this place. Professional, reasonable and reliable. I purchased a new metal band for my watch and had it installed right away. After several months of enjoying the band I wanted to change back to rubber - came back and they changed it free of charge!

Top class service, very convenient and a reasonable price. Excellent job thanks Nick.Just as most of the other positive reviewing customers say. I read the reviews before getting 2 expensive shoes re-heeled and re-soled.You even get a loyalty card (like a coffee card) for a free re-heel or something after a few jobs.I previously took my family's shoes to Coombes in the Strand Arcade but my office is now at the other end of town have decided to make Repair Inn our new family cobbler.

The photos shows my shoe before and after, the owner is very experienced and fixed my Prada’s heel. Due to the design, it is very hard to sand the heel without damaging the air pad, but he managed to do it. And it only costs me $29.95, and the fixing time is extremely short, I have the shoe in the morning, and got it back after work! And don’t forget to talk to him on FB first, he is very responsive, I messaged him at 7pm ish, and he replied! Best service!Thank you!
