ACG Air Conditioning Sydney

ACG made good on issues with the initial installation leaving me a satisfied customer.Initially there was a problem with the quality of the installation. The installation team made too large a hole, cracking the external wall and paintwork, possibly due to issues with the quality of the wall into which they were drilling. On the day, the installation team attempted to remediate this by applying filler to the hole, to the external wall and over the trunking. This did not cover a huge area, but was a little unsightly, and made it difficult to rectify in regard to patching the wall and cleaning the trunking. (see attached photos)On communication of the issue to ACG, they were quick to send out a tradesman to resolve my concerns with the installation, removing the filler, and patching and painting the external wall to leave a seamless installation with an excellent finish to the exterior of the building.Overall, I had a mixed experience with ACG. The sales team were quick to respond and communicate, but on the day of installation there were delays with the installation crew. ACG called at 8am to indicate they would be a few hours late for the 9am installation time. They finally arrived after 2pm, with no further communication until they arrived on site.On a positive note, the ACG team were apologetic for being late, polite, friendly and worked quickly.Internally the installation looks good and the AC works well.After raising concerns regarding the exterior of the building, ACG were quick to follow up, and keen to ensure that the final job was performed to my satisfaction.Overall I would recommend using this company, as they seemed genuinely keen to ensure I was a happy customer, and that the installation was completed in line with my expectations.

Good quote, air conditioner working well but very problematic install. The new air vents were too small and they did a dodgy patch job which kept falling down/cracking on the ceiling. It doesn't look good now. They also didn't remove the old unit which was included in the quote until I made them come back and do it. Basic things that could have made the job a lot better if they had just ordered the next size up on the vents.

I highly recommend the twins Ellie and Roy at ACG for any Air Con installation needs. Today, Ellie and his team came to install a split system unit in my home. They were efficient and thorough in getting the job done. Ellie ensured everything was completed properly. The service today was magnificent. The guys even cleaned up/vacuumed after themselves. I am very satisfied with their service.

The ACG team outdid themselves yesterday (led by John Dekwek). They did an outstanding job installing 2 Mitsubishi air-cons as well as the relocation of our pre-existing outdoor unit.John was very thorough, knowledgeable (providing us valuable feedback on the positioning of all units, both indoor and outdoor) and demonstrated marked attention to detail, to limit any damage to our surrounds.The 3-man team didn't waver in their hard work throughout the 6 hours they were on-site.We are very satisfied with the outcome.We'd like to extend a huge thank you to the ACG team who attended our property yesterday. Sadly I received a service call, assessment and quote for a very simple HVAC job from ACG. All up, their price including the service call was very very high.I then called a different repair company, and even after paying a second call out fee to them, ACG was far more expensive.When I let ACG know of my disappointment that their price was so much higher than market, they did not seem to care.Had I gone else where in the first place, I would have saved hundreds of dollars. Very disappointing.

Absolutely stoked with our new split system air conditioning units and the service that was provided. Ajay and Joseph were fantastic! They were on time, courteous and gentle with our house. Ajay was so lovely to deal with, professional, polite and had good knowledge about the units. They completed the job efficiently as well. Due to past experiences, we don't normally have high hopes for trades services, however, this wasn't the case with this team and we are so happy to have found this gem. Yet to see how these new units go, however, we will be using ACG for all our aircon requirements. Thank you again!

Booked based on the high rating but unfortunately was very disappointed. The technician seemed quite inexperienced and couldn't diagnose the issue. He kept jumping from diagnosis to completely different diagnosis based on what I or his boss (who he called for advice) would say. In the end he performed a general service and said if the issue continued (since it wasn't resolved) to call the office in a few days.I got another company out who was able to identify the issue straight away. Contacted ACG to ask how much they would charge to finish the job, and to also express my disappointment as described above. They didn't even acknowledge my concerns and just gave me a quote which was more expensive than others I receivedEDIT: ACG contacted me and apologised for the oversight in their response, and offered me a discount on a future service

This is the second time I used ACG air con to install the split system. The communication was good as always, Luck was a big help for recommending the suitable air con, the installation of the Actron split system by AJ and Joseph was done professionally. The extra circuit installation by Daniel and Chris was efficient as well. Overall, I am very satisfy with their service.

Wadhi listened to our ideas and suggested the right model and position to serve the full apartment; he also went out of his way to follow the strata scheme colour matching request. Reasonably priced all included. Only four stars because it took two different teams over two weeks, due to our limited at home time, to complete the installation and because some miscommunication when a small draining pipe became detached from the outdoor unit, caused a few weeks delay to sort that repair out. I am happy to recommend them and I would call them again if needed. K.C.
