I cannot recommend Miracle Maid enough! The cleaning team is punctual, polite, professional, and the quality of work is just superb. Hi, the cleaners came on time but the quality of work was very disappointing. They have sent and elderly man who was slow in his work and also didn't speak English. I was not told about this. It was difficult to communicate. The kitchen shelves are still greasy. If you watch them, they will do the work or they attend to overlook areas to clean. We are paying you a quoted price and keeping to our side of the deal but it was disappointing to see that the work was not worth the money. I'm sorry for a bad review but I did not find this value for money I spent.

Maggie was simply efficient and completed all the cleaning that we requested to a very high standard.She even managed to clean our white laundry sink to a standard that I have been unable to obtain.Contact with all involved was terrific - would definitely use this service again.

I requested a deep clean with some special & additional requests. The customer service leading up to the clean was exceptional.Maggie and Anthony arrived to do a deep clean; they are both professional and friendly. They worked relentlessly until the job was done. I am delighted with the quality of the clean and the results. I will definitely use again! THANK YOU!
