The lady behind the counter couldn’t hide her disdain for me and my two teenagers when we didn’t order in 5secs flat. She started making faces at her colleague. I’ve worked in a cafe and I would never even dream of behaving like that. There was no one waiting behind us.She could have helped us by suggesting their specials, which we only discovered when we sat down. I didn’t want to buy food from her, but I was starving and there’s no other food outlet in the centre that looks decent.So disappointed.

Mandy and the fabulous team, Shell and Tash, are dedicated to bringing a smile and great service to all their customers. Consistent with great coffee and terrific food this shopping centre wouldn't be the same without Mandys! With all the struggles through the last few years this team has shown a fortitude to battle through hard times always with a smile and kind words for people. Hats off to you and your fabulous team for providing a cracking cafe!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here for breakfast and the customer service was horrendous the were so rude when I asked about the vegetarian options the mocks me but I ignored it and then when I ordered a coffee it was colder than milk and when I asked it to be remade she said no and that she was going to put in the microwave instead then said if you don’t like it cry about it so I just chucked It away and waited for me and my family’s food and there was stains on the plates and the food had flys in it and mould not to mention that my son‘s chicken was raw and the as me and my family were going to throw the food away the barrister started to complain about how the chef works so hard on the food and we were just going to chuck it away and as I started to complain about it she acted like the victim and some guys walking past didn’t realise what was going on and started to beat me up and the staff did nothing to help in conclusion do not come here unless you want food poisoning in to get beat up

Chai latte was delicious. However the Nutella" crepes looked bought and just heated in the microwave and did definitely not have Nutella on them but perhaps the cheap alternative brand. Also I didn't receive mushrooms for my veggie big breakfast."

We had the Grilled halloumi and waffles. It was an amazing start to our day! Do recommend!
