Our ducted system stopped working and Zack and his team were able to schedule a visit to diagnose the problem.- They arrived precisely when they said they would and quickly found the problem. He had to order a new controller, and then scheduled a time to complete the install - again turned up exactly when they said they would. Thoroughly professional in every respect. Can't recommend highly enough.
