After purchasing a Stealth towbar for our new Tesla from EV Stealth Solutions they recommended The Towbar Guys as the installer. Pedro from the Towbar Guys was most professional and accommodating. At a very busy time of the year, he went out of his way to make sure he could best meet all our needs when fitting the towbar. Our two e-bikes can now be carried safe and secure in the ISI Bike Carrier. All round a very satisfying experience.

Tried four times to get a written (emailed) quote for requested work to be sent though, to no avail, despite assurances to the contrary. So cancelled the job and went elsewhere. It did not seem to worry this company in the least. No explanation no apology just so long to us. Sad really as we are certain there will not be a positive response if we are ever asked to recommend tow bar installers. Amazing! Pedro and the team are true champions. Firstly, of the 5 quotes I got, they were the cheapest. That certainly doesn’t mean you get a cheap service though, they are friendly and quick to communicate.I had a towbar, brake controller and Anderson plug installed. The recommendations provided were genuine and the advice provided was valuable.Highly recommended!

Very Professional. Pedro went above and beyond to make sure the tow bar was perfectly installed and making sure that i was happy. He got eyes for details and it was all worth it to wait for this specific tow bar that was ordered overseas. Highly recommended.
