We recently purchased the C40 fully electric, after a delay on the delivery of our XC40. The team at Volvo Newcastle were exceptional in terms of communication throughout the whole process - from sales, finance, estimated delivery, order changes and final delivery, I cannot fault the support received. As a new EV owner, the team were able to talk me through the car and its operation with ease and confidence. If you are looking to switch to an EV, talk to the team at Newcastle Volvo.

I don't normally respond to requests for reviews but I was very happy with the service at Volvo Newcastle. I took my Polestar in for them to check out a tyre noise and they went to a lot of trouble to resolve the issue.

Just picked up our new S60 sedan. The whole experience has been terrific. Obviously with supply chain issues there has been a bit of a wait but there's been plenty of communication. A big turn off for me is pushy sales people peddling the extras like paint protection etc, but I didn't get that here, I said no and my decision was respected from the start. Thanks Shannon, Ghi, Nick, Paul and Penny, we love our new car.

Thank you to all your wonderful team at Volvo for looking after us when we travelled to Newcastle to have our car serviced. The moment we arrived your staff were so welcoming, kind & very efficient. Joshua who greeted us with a lovely coffee & Georgia explaining what the service entailed. Very efficient. Christian who chauffeured us into Westfield & picked us back up when our service was complete was very friendly. Thank you to the service team & for washing & vacuuming our car. Such exceptional service.

Booked my XC70 in for a standard service . As soon as I arrived I am welcomed and sit down to discuss any issues I may have , I request something if possible and when I return to pick up my car earlier than advised it was washed vacuumed and everything was perfect ! Fantastic personable service here at Volvo had a loan car which was fantastic and the communication was/is brilliantThankyou
