Pat was super helpful & kind showing me all the functions of the Janome MC9450QCP long arm quilting machine at the Quilt Show today. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m super impressed with Pat & the machine. Thanks for such an excellent demonstration Pat!

Great service - went out of their way to find some components (and make sure they fitted and worked) on my very ancient Elna sewing machine. They have a fantastic range of quilting fabric and a mass of sewing accessories and great knowledge of how they work. Easy parking and easy to get to - so glad they have opened near me and saved my sanity during lockdown. They are a true essential service.

Pat and John are extremely professional but at the same time very friendly and very knowledgeable about the sewing machines and all the merchandise they sell. They both take the time to explain and answer any questions one may have. Most importantly they listen to what one wants their new sewing machine to do for them, and don’t pressure you to buy the most expensive machine in their shop. They are very easy to relate to and go out of their way to help you. I purchased my machine from Pat and I couldn’t be happier with the machine I purchased .It’s so refreshing to deal with these two professional people who go out of their way to help in all areas of sewing. I am really looking forward to starting my sewing lessons with Pat. There is plenty of parking space which is important to me, right outside their shop and when I first visited I was on crutches and John was only too happy to carry my old sewing machine to and from my car to their shop which was greatly appreciated. A great big thank you Pat and John. You run an amazing business and put customer service as your high priority. John and Pat were friendly, knowledgeable and very service orientated.They had our foot control for our Singer Genie fixed in 24 hours. The office is in a nice quiet area in Mitcham with easy dedicated parking.

John was very helpful and even took the time to show me a couple of different machines. Can't wait to start using the one I purchased!
