I rang up on the day the bin was to be picked up to .ask to be picked up later in the day.. Was very friendly to talk to!I was not able to be home when the bin was to be collected, but my elderly mother was.My mother said he was very friendly and nice, and addressed her as DEAR" which is very rare these days.Will use again if needed

Booked online, delivered, paid, and picked up. Couldn't be any easier.A tip for anyone who has it placed in the driveway, put a couple of scrap bits of timber down, it will remove all contact between your driveway and the bin.
