I couldn't be happier with the level of service and the products received. Johnny provided the right advice in the selection during our showroom visit. Due to the unexpected delay in the completion of my house, I had to change the installation date a few times. Due to driveway issue that resulted in limited site accessibility, Johnny needed to accommodate an early delivery to the site and return days later for installation.Throughout all the twist and turn, Johnny has been responsive, patient, extremely understanding and accommodating. Franky the installer was so nice and truly cared for what he did. He opted not to install curtain for a sliding door cause the door was too dirty. He offered to come back to hang the curtain after the construction clean. He didn't just rush to finish but genuinely cared for the customers.Highly recommended such an exemplary company that provided me A+ service from order to installation. Love their can-do attitude!
