Great service, amazing deals, good advice and yeah it’s pretty fun going there! I good a whole dewalt kit and made pretty huge saving on it too. Brad and Andrew were really helpful and helped me when I wanted to return an item that was part of a complicated transaction.

Spent >$5000 buying tools at Sydney Tools. I was persuaded by the employee to also purchase the Ego Rotocut too, without being told that I'd require the Ego Multi tool to use it. Went home, and realised that it wouldn't work with the Ego Whipper I currently had. Yesterday was my birthday, and my wife bought me the Ego multi tool so I could use the Rotocut attachment. After using it once (for 15 minutes), I realised it wasn't fit for my property as I had a lot of concrete that was preventing the circular shaped head from cutting (not ideal for Rotocut which isn't effective at cutting grass growing against a wall). Went instore to exchange it for other tools, and told that I can't even exchange because it had been 2 months since I purchased the Ego Rotocut attachment.I was persuaded to buy a very expensive attachment that I couldn't even use without buying another expensive tool, which I then couldn't return after finally buying the tool it fits on. Spent >$5k at Sydney Tools and they wouldn't even do me the decency of listening to my story, checking the tools condition, finding out what I wanted, before turning me away. Terrible customer service. Will be taking my business elsewhere onwards.

Young fella helped me out with an Ego multi head ... Didn't catch his name (receipt says Beesion?) but he was super helpful, friendly, patient, knowledgeable about comparative brands, and grabbed a battery to let me try it out.

Bacem has looked after me on many occasions, great service and very knowledgeable.

Had many many troubles with my purchase. It took several months of orders, visits and phone calls. Main problem is the bonus points sale is set up to fail. Twice my bonus points weren't honoured, because there was no stock arrived in time. Even though the website allows order to be made, and email confirmed that I would get the points. People in the store were polite and reasonable but something is broken in the system.

Bee, Baz & Blake are absolute champions. They're knowledgable, patient and amazing to deal with. Helped guide me in the right direction after a minor hose burst emergency at work. They helped me out on two occasions. Will definitely come back.

Just bought the bosch pro tools from their website, awesome price, items delivered in perfect packaging and very happy with the quality.

I have been waiting for 5 months now to receive my pressure hose reel . Didn’t receive any update until I made contact after 3 months , still waiting , my latest email has gone unanswered. I would not recommend buying anything from this shop .
