Horrendous customer service. We put our car in on a Thursday, we told they had to keep it overnight which wasn’t convenient but ok fine. Friday 2pm and we still hadn’t heard back so my husband and I call over 15 times until I finally got the auto message at 5pm that they had closed. We had no car for the weekend, my toddler’s car seat and pram were in the car and it’s our only car. On Monday still no contact, my husband had to go through head office sales to try and get an answer from the service team. It wasn’t until 2pm that my husband was able to get through. No apologies from the service manager just to come and get the car, and also there’s nothing they can do for us. The last kick in the guts was the car being absolutely covered in bird poo when we picked it up.

Not the best to deal with and requires an argument everytime to get things done.
