Really outstanding service.I had my wisdom tooth extracted and Dr Wong was personable and staff were really friendly.He seemed to have a lot of experience and knew exactly what to expect and passed that information onto me so that I was well informed. My extraction experience was flawless and recovery was painful as expected, but uneventful as promised. He also did follow up. The procedure was definitely expensive but I felt like he really cared about the well-being of his patients so I think it was money well spent for peace of mind. Would really recommend the services of this great doctor.

First things first, I have no idea where the below reviewer comes from, but the service of Allegro Dental Centre is extremely professional and the support team went out of their way to assist me and my family with our bookings, dental needs and aftercare.Secondly it seems that he has a tendency to review companies negatively to almost create an online persona. It’s a shame as it impacts businesses who are striving to sustain their great quality standards.Anyone reading these reviews should know the below negative comment in no way reflects the true quality of the reception staff, the skills and professionalism of the dental surgeon as well as the fair and reasonable costs of the work performed.I couldn’t recommend the Allegro Dental Centre team more highly enough, and would have no hesitation in booking with them for all my family’s dental needs, as well as for my friends also.

I would've rated nil star if I could. This dingy clinic is one of the least professional one I've been too. had a few visits there for my kid's tooth decay. Got nothing done. time wasted. They could've told me that they can't do sedation at the clinic and refer us to a place that does it right at the start. Instead Dr Susan Natilli kept telling us to come back to check ups. Now my daughters teeth decay has got so bad. I had to find a different clinic.

Service was extremely expensive but the service I received does not reflect the premium. Staffs are incompetent and do not respond to emails and phone calls. The staffs are clueless all the time and they do not work well as a team. A simple task of booking an appointment can be overwhelming and confusing for them. I made an appointment with one of the staff and 3 days later received a phone call from another staff unaware that an appointment was already made asking if I would like to book an appointment. This happened not once, not twice, but three times. It is frustrating as well as confusing for me. The dental surgeon was rude and unprofessional.Edit: By the sound of the defensive nature of Juergun Magerkinsquirter's review it almost seems like he is a staff member defending his poor service rather than reflecting on feedbacks given like a professional doctor would. He claims that I have a tendency to review companies negatively to create an online persona. This accusation is false. On the contrary, most businesses that I reviewed received 5 stars. All my reviews are fair and reasonable, and this review is no exception. The professionalism of the dental surgeon is non-existence from the way he dressed (t-shirt and dirty sneakers) and the way he conducted himself. Good luck making an appointment with this business without the reception staffs being confused about it.
