Once again very happy with the work from Direct Stone.Quoting through Toni is always professional and a pleasure to deal with.Cheack measure was simple and very efficiant.Installers were awesome, very friendly and nothing was a problem from them.I really cant fault them, pricing has never been a problem, service is some of the best I get to deal with and quality to match.

Very disappointed at the after sales service.We ordered our stone bench top for our new kitchen which was installed in early July, a few days after we noticed quite a few black spots appearing on our brand new bench top.When we brought it to the attention of direct stone they sent someone out to have a look and agreed that they were not possible to be taken out and that they had to get in touch with the manufacturer.An email was sent out to the manufacturer and we never heard back from anyone until we had to call back a few weeks later to be told they hadn’t heard back from the manufacturer and a subsequent email was sent to the manufacturer with a copy sent to us, and we are still waiting, no communication from the company.We didn’t not deal with the manufacturer our dealings were with direct stone and why do we as customers have to be wasting our time chasing up when we have paid over $3800 for a bench top that obviously has a defect??Extremely poor customer service from a company we thought would give us good service. All that matters to them is taking our money and they don’t want to know you after that!!!Is this the customer service and after sales service they offer??
