If I could give The Good Guys 0 stars I would.I opened up my fridge to a damaged door. As soon as I noticed I called the store which took almost an hour to get through due to being on hold for ages, they then said they cant help so they transferred me to another team, once that team answered they said they can’t help with my request either, so they transferred me back to the store which I then asked to speak to the manager who could not help either, they noted down my details and asked me to send them images of the damages, I did not receive a response, nor did I receive a phone call.A week passed and I still received no further information and I called the store again he then mentioned he was sending someone out to replace the door. A week later I called again and the guy told me there’s no case that was created for this damage and because its passed the three months of purchasing the fridge I may not be able to get the door replaced.Beyond disappointed with the quality, delivery and customer service I will never purchase from this store again.

The service at this store is beyond hopeless. The few times I have come into the store I have not been able to find anyone to assist with product purchases.Most recently I had to bring a product in for warranty repair, which was immediately approved. They advised repair would take 4 weeks. They did not contact me to update me at anytime and after 4 weeks I followed up and after being on hold for more than 15 minutes I spoke to sales staff Mim. She advised she would follow up with the repair. I specifically requested she call me the next day with an update. After not hearing from her for 5 days, I called to follow up again and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Mim advised she had sent a text (I did not receive one). I asked why she didn’t call with and update as I specifically requested her to and she advised that she didn’t remember I asked her to call nor did she have the time to call me. If I could give zero stars for service I totally would.

A few years ago we had a terrible experience with an unhelpful assistant and we didn't go back......until this weekend where we had a good experience. Mostly. The assistant this time was incredibly knowledgeable and provided a range of pros and cons across the range of products so that we could make an informed decision based upon our needs. The only bad part of the experience was actually getting a sales assistant in the first place.

Can't complain about the customer service.....there wasn't any.I walked into the kitchen section with $4000 in my pocket ready to spend on a new oven, cooktop and other appliances, after waiting for over 15 minutes not one salesperson approached me. There weren't many people in the store, and I saw a couple of salespeople chatting to each other rather than helping customers.I'll be spending my money somewhere else that appreciates my business.

Absolutely appalling delivery service , we received a text 45 minutes prior to the nominated time slot saying it was 4 minutes away. We tracked the truck via the link as we rushed back and it didn’t even look like it stopped. The delivery notes had the specific delivery location but they obviously can’t read either as they went to the wrong street. After calling the store they said it had been marked as no parking available and that it could not be delivered. I managed to convince the store person to understand that we were moving house and we could park to unload an entire house load of furniture and that it made little sense they could not deliver a small fridge. It was delivered the next day, poor effort all round Good Guys.

After spending close to 50k over the last year I get an 85” samsung TV delivered fresh out of the box with a line through it with 12 months warranty. Good Guys tell me to deal with Samsung for warranty…Loyalty and customer care factor nil.. don’t risk buying a lemon in a box for 2.5k from Caringbah Good Guys. Samsung confirmed then Good Guys could have honoured a return but chose not to. New Bing Lee up the road is much more caring and worth the change and thats your choice was the response from the great customer service at the good guys it sure is my choice “Bad Guys I’m out”

Great customer service. We were served by Atar he was quick and efficient could give us a great price. His knowledge was exceptional which helped us to chose the appropriate appliances. Offered next day delivery which happened to be a Sunday which I was blown away. $85 delivery charge for installing both appliances & removing the two old appliances + packing. Delivery guys were on time, very friendly & professional. Would recommend The Good Guys any day.

It was beyond imagination how bad the experience can be shopping with good guys. There's a serious disconnection between the good guys and their delivery partners. On day 1 I have been advised all 4 items been purchased will be delivered and installed, instead delivery showed rocked up and dropped off the fridge only and left. I have spent 2 hours waiting and on the phone with shop and delivery centre where no one knows where is the rest of items and when will it be delivered. Im staying in an empty house with 4 year old son waited for nearly 3 hours, got the promise everything has been booked in for day 2 and I'll get an message in the evening. Which not surprised no message received. Day 2 in the morning someone message delivery will be arrived in 37mins which after one hour someone did show up to unwrap fridge delivered yesterday.but told me there's no other item was supposed to deliver today and show me the paperwork items not ready. That was around 9:20am. I have to started calling store and delivery hot line again, initially I was told it will definitely get delivered today before 10:40am. As time passed, I tried calling store again as the delivery hot line person Amarni(female) intially advise she will call me back, after one and half hour later I called again and as soon as she find out it was me, she placed the call on mute until I gave up after 10 mins. After I tried again she either hang up the call or after pick up the phone they place in mute. Store has no clue what happened and only channel they have was to email internal team asking for updates. Until 2:30pm, store then admits there's something wrong with the delivery and it got cancelled and only thing they can do is to refund delivery fee. Thankyou for ruining my weekend and place me on hold or hang up on me, you really are the good guys""

I went to the Caringbah store today,8/6/23 to buy a toaster. After waiting more than 15 min I asked a lady if there is anyone on the floor to ask some questions. The lady looked around,there was not even 1 person on the floor to help any possible customers.I left the store and I went to Bing Lee and the customer service I received was amazing.

I wanted to see product before I buy it and ask the salesman if he can open the box. The product was not on display but boxes of it were on the floor. He said I need to ask my manager. He came back and said he is not allowed to open the box. I understood they are waiting for the rep to come and do the job for them. It was a Breville product from kitchen appliances. I wanted to spend $500. We walked away to next door Bing Lee and received a great service with product on display and we got even a bargain! I end up buying a different brand.
