Tony (Manager) from Rite Price Roofing was prompt, professional & more than willing to help us repair our ridge capping after having many refusals of service from other companies & roof tilers.We’re very happy with the repair & service today. I had Rite Price out to install gutter guard and replace flashings for leaks under my verandah. Unreliable site manager, never on time, doesn't reply to phone calls, mucked up the installation date. I still had leaks under my verandah. Complained to the owner Andrew Knowles, he got a tradie to come back and silicone the leaky areas...still leaks. Apparently that was their solution. I spent a lot of money and the issue was not resolved. They have no interest in getting the job done right. Terrible customer service!

Great at taking your deposit but not following through with the job, almost 4 months and no one will call us back.Quote number 5128 from September 28th 2022, Chris holden was the sales person, quote is in my partners name.

I contacted Rite Price on June 8th to arrange an inspection of my leaking roof. An appointment was made during my call for them to attend the following Thursday - June 15th at noon. On the morning of the appt, I received an SMS advising their consultant was unable to attend due to the need to take urgent leave and I should expect a call from them to re-schedule with me at my next earliest convenience. Five days later they have made no attempts to contact me. I find this lack of follow up totally unprofessional. I contacted 2 other roofing experts - both of whom have attended my property and given me similar advice re solving the problem. I have engaged one of them to carry out the repairs. I cannot recommend Rite Price due to lack of follow up,

After finding the roof seal team rather aggressive to deal with by phone I contacted Rite Price Roofing Adelaide instead. They were great. We needed a complete re-point, tile replacement and 3 coat spray to get it back up to notch. It now looks excellent. They were friendly to deal with, efficient and performed high quality work. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks!

Rite Price offered me clear quotes and completed the works. I especially appreciated the regular feedback and communication about scheduling the work and drop off of materials. The roofing industry seems very busy at the moment and Rite Price were the few that responded promptly.

Due to the torrential rain during Easter holidays, side of my gutter dropped. Steve from rite price roofing came and had a look. Steve is friendly and professional. Rite price came back next week with the tools to repair my gutter. Thank you again Steve for your service.

Not worth the star/Have had material lying in my driveway for a month, no one will install, everyone always sick. Not happy at all.
