Was in the chair for maybe 5min and he took a couple of phone calls whilst I was seated. Charged me $50.! I asked for similar to what I have just shorter with a bit of a tidy up and blend around the edges. Had to tidy it again when I got home. Mrs Boss told me I had lines all around the transition from clippers to scissors, said it looked terrible.

I remember when this joint used to be called Jimmy Rod's Barbershop" pre-covid. I did not realise that the original barbershop had been closed as I came in wanting a hot towel cut-throat shave and haircut. There was no line for a busy Saturday as I got served the moment I walked in. The haircut was mediocre and the barber was talking on the phone (using an earpiece) in another language the whole time so he accidentally pulled my hair a couple times using the scissors. Then I asked for a cut-throat shave and he said they don't do that and that using a machine to shave is better. $40 for a mediocre haircut and machine shave doesn't justify the cost as my usual artisan barber charged me less for a better quality service but I was just too lazy to drive to the east side."

DO NOT GO HERE! Rude, rushed, terrible barber skills and no customer service skills. Barber absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. Spoke all of 2 words and didn’t even show me the back!I get my hair cut at a barber because most salons are too scared to go as short as I like… big mistake going here. Rather be scrolling through their phones than cutting hair

Went for a simple mens cut, short back and sides kind of cut, the 2 hairdressers working were chatting amongst themselves not paying any attention to the work they were doing, I’ve never had a cut done so fast, and after he pulled all off all the covers and cleaned me up he asks if its okay and I said that I could see a spot where it could be cut better and so he did a quick cut with the scissors and walked over to the register. Only to get home and see that this is the biggest disappointment from a haircut I’ve ever experienced. One side is cut to a 2 while the other side is considerably longer, id say a 4+ . Small strands of hair not cut properly around my ears and on top.On top of all this the staff were not very nice to deal with, no communication what so ever…well with the paying customers anyway!Never will I ever go to this franchise again, and to anyone looking to get one done, I’d say go to a professional. Not these backyard dodgys!

The guy was incredibly rude, he had no customers in the store, I asked him for a trim, and he turned me down and said no we don’t do that, and went back on his phone, horrendous service and lack of care, never go here

This was the worst barbers I have ever gone to. Rushed job, no conversation, always talking in Arabic, shaving my head felt like he was trying to rip my scalp off, still see mini hairs on the left side of my head and on top of that he charged me $40 for it. I don't know what happens to the original owners but this place needs to be shut down

Terrible cut. Had to get my wife to fix simple fade haircut after I left. Wouldn’t go back.

I’ve been there a few times for convenience but despite telling the same guy over and over how I want my hair done he kept getting it wrong. They also didn’t realise that I can understand Arabic and used to talk about me badly not knowing that I can understand them. I never went there again after that. I was willing to give them the chance to get better but to trash talk your customers right in front of them thinking they can’t understand you is a big mistake. There are other places in Highpoint to get a better haircut and better customer service.

Worst barber shop u can go to , the bloke who did my hair didn’t even listen to what I wanted and couldn’t even do a fade. I’m genuinely convinced these blokes have no idea what they’re doing

DO NOT go here even if you want a simple hair cut. I wish I had seen the reviews before going. Very rude and had absolutely no interest in cutting hair and made a mess of a very simple hair cut. I have had to come home and finish the hair cut my self. He Finished the hair cut in around 5 mins and charged $37 for it. It was a simple men’s hair cut and that too seemed to be too hard. Avoid going here. Do not recommend this place whatsoever.
